Start your day with our Morning Group Yoga and Meditation sessions available every day from 8-9 am, embracing the energising flow of Vinyasa or the restorative calm of Yin Yoga. Dive deeper into self-awareness with our Meditation practices, experience profound relaxation with Yoga Nidra, or connect with nature through our Guided Silent Nature Walks.
At an additional cost we can also offer more personalised sessions, including private packages and corporate events, are also available, ensuring a tailored yoga journey during your stay. Join us at Sequoia Lodge to awaken your senses and refresh your spirit amidst nature’s serenity.

Overview
Vinyasa Yoga – A variety of yoga postures are carefully selected and sequenced with an awareness on the breath. This popular flow style of yoga is a beautiful balance between energising and restorative.
Yin Yoga – A slow-paced style of yoga with seated postures that are held for a longer period of time. A meditative practice that has many health benefits helping to still the body and mind creating inner peace.
Meditation – A time for stillness and contemplation. Incorporating body and breath awareness.
Yoga Nidra – A meditative technique to facilitate deep effortless relaxation. It is a practice to rejuvenate mind & body.
Guided Silent Nature Walk – Be guided through a short meditation and then embark on a silent nature walk. Awaken your senses to nature, deepen your awareness and return feeling refreshed.

Belle Arjona
With over 25 years of experience, Belle has honed her expertise in yoga to foster well-being in others. Her journey began with Iyengar yoga in Glenelg, SA, igniting a passion that deepened through extensive study, including a 285-hour Vinyasa Flow certification and a 30-hour Yin Yoga course. Belle’s global travels enriched her mastery in philosophy, meditation, mindfulness, and various yoga disciplines. As a seasoned instructor and business owner, she organises seasonal retreats and workshops for schools and SA Health, emphasising the nourishment of one’s authentic self and the integration of yoga principles both on and off the mat. Belle’s classes offer a blend of creative flow, mindful movement, and restorative relaxation, catering to all levels with her intuitive and warmly energising teaching style.
